AttendaTrac provides employee management, paid time off (PTO) tracking, substitute teacher management, and related administrative tools for educational institutions and organizations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

In no event shall AttendaTrac, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AttendaTrac and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
